FIRMA EL PETITORIO: POR EL ADELANTAMIENTO DE LA PARITARIA Y CONVOCATORIA AL PLENARIO Y ASAMBLEA GENERAL

La NARANJA junto a delegados y compañeros de agrupaciones con las que conformamos la GRANATE BLANCA en las últimas elecciones de  FOETRA llamamos a impulsar la lucha por el Salario y el Adelantamiento de la Paritaria .
No podemos vivir del “Adelanto de Sueldo” que luego se descuenta y agrava la situación . Trabajamos en las empresas con mayores ganancias del país . Por eso reclamamos llamamos a impulsar este planteo exigiendo la convocatoria al Plenario de Delegados y la Asamblea General para abrir la Discusión Paritaria  rompiendo todo compromiso con las empresas y el gobierno.
Este 12/03 vayamos a la movilización a plaza de mayo por el triunfo de la Huelga Docente y Contra los topes salariales del gobierno y las empresas .

A LOS COMPAÑEROS DEL PARTIDO OBRERO

La Comisión Administrativa de Foetra Buenos Aires Sindicato Buenos Aires repudia los hechos vandálicos perpetrados en la madrugada del 14 del corriente contra el local central del Partido Obrero y exige una profunda investigación que permita dar con los responsables materiales y políticos del brutal atentado.

Afirmación ésta que parece una verdad de perogrullo, pero a la luz del artículo “Viva la lucha de los telefónicos”, firmado por Sergio Villamil, se hace necesaria.

Los que tenemos la posibilidad de comulgar con Carlitos (el de la larga barba), nos encontramos en mejores condiciones para interpretar la realidad que la mayoría de los mortales (lo que se haga con eso es cuestión aparte).

La posibilidad de aplicar un método científico que dé cuenta de los fenómenos histórico-político-sociales resulta invalorable a la hora de interpretar determinadas situaciones de la lucha de clases. No aplicarlo nos hace caer en el eclecticismo que, sumado a nuestro limitado entendimiento, desemboca inevitablemente en relatos de los hechos, anécdotas tediosas o personalismos que nada tienen que ver con la realidad.

De Sergio Villamil a David Copperfield

En la nota de marras, Sergio Villamil borra de un plumazo el análisis de la superestructura político-sindical del gremio telefónico. No existe ni el sindicato, ni las comisiones internas, ni el cuerpo de delegados, ni la federación, ni la oposición, ni nada.

Pero no es la intención fundamental de estas líneas criticar al autor de esta nota.

En definitiva puede que el mismo desconozca algunas cuestiones, a saber:

1. Que todo el conflicto fue dirigido por la Comisión Administrativa de Foetra Sindicato Buenos Aires. Todos los cuerpos deliberativos nos dieron mandato para conducir de la forma que creyéramos más conveniente.

2. Que todas las orientaciones fueron refrendadas en plenarios de delegados y asambleas generales (1.500 compañeros) por unanimidad.

3. Que los miembros de la Comisión Administrativa estuvimos a la vanguardia de los novedosos métodos de lucha implementados.

4. Que el menemismo, representado por la lista opositora (Marrón) y la federación, jugó a favor del paro desde el primer momento de los despidos, en un acuerdo tácito con la empresa para lograr la derrota del conflicto (la empresa viene alentando asambleas de base con miembros de la Lista Marrón). Aclaremos que empezar con un paro nos habría llevado a la derrota, ya que lo hubieran acatado pocos sectores. Nosotros apostamos a calentar motores una semana y desembocar recién ahí en el paro.

5. Que los sectores que iniciaron medidas de acción directa el primer día del conflicto responden, por su conformación y cuerpo de delegados, a la actual conducción de Foetra Sindicato Buenos Aires.

Y muchísimos elementos más.

¿Y esto qué cambia?

En principio nos permite ver otras cosas. Un análisis materialista dialéctico es a un positivista lo que un ser humano a un esqueleto.

Por ejemplo: el conflicto planteó nuevos métodos de organización y lucha, la conducción y los delegados aprendimos que las empresas son vulnerables en aspectos que antaño nos eran desconocidos. La síntesis dialéctica entre el empuje de los despedidos y la visión estratégica de los cuadros, posibilitó saltos cualitativos superando visiones de la Comisión Administrativa en una creatividad que se retroalimentó durante el conflicto.

Todas estas conclusiones y muchas más nos permiten ajustar tácticas y entrever nuevos horizontes estratégicos.

Pero lo que tiene que decir Sergio Villamil es que la Comisión Administrativa del sindicato está conduciendo bien el conflicto y empezar a preguntarse qué es este fenómeno de una conducción que está conformada por CTA, MTA, ex Mst, Miguelistas, izquierda independiente y el PO (cuyo dirigente, Sergio Sosto jugó un rol muy destacado en el conflicto)?

Si el autor de la nota piensa que hay que desconfiar de una conducción burocrática, tiene que decirlo y no hacer alusiones del estilo “cuidado con las maniobras burocráticas”, única referencia en todo el texto que puede interpretarse como una caracterización de la Comisión Administrativa. Preferimos eso a que juegue a las escondidas, queriendo correr con todos los beneficios y con ningún costo.

Y si el conflicto telefónico no encaja en lo que para el PO tiene que ser el surgimiento de una nueva conducción obrera, lo lamentamos. La realidad es así, terca. Habrá que revisar modelos teóricos, pero lo que no se puede hacer es mirar para otro lado. No hay que tenerle miedo a “meterse en camisa de once varas”.

Disculpen la dureza de esta carta. Sé que entre revolucionarios se puede discutir fuerte, pero en forma fraternal.
